By accessing and using TatsHub ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TatsHub Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

TatsHub is an AI-powered mobile application that allows users to:

• Create: Generate custom tattoo designs using artificial intelligence
• Try On: Preview tattoo designs using augmented reality (AR) technology
• Upload: Import your own images and designs to customize
• Share & Download: Save your designs and share them with others
• Feedback: Provide input to improve generated designs

Important Note: The "No-Portrait Try-On" section has been removed from our service.

To access certain features of TatsHub, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create using TatsHub, including tattoo designs generated through our AI technology.

Our Content: The TatsHub application, including its design, functionality, algorithms, and underlying technology, is owned by TatsHub Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TatsHub for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to use TatsHub to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate designs containing copyrighted material without permission
• Use the service for commercial purposes without proper licensing
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the application
• Share your account credentials with others

Service Availability: We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to TatsHub.

AI-Generated Content: While our AI technology is advanced, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated designs for actual tattooing.

Professional Consultation: TatsHub is a design tool only. We strongly recommend consulting with professional tattoo artists before getting any tattoo.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to TatsHub at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app.
