  • We also use on-device camera input (including TrueDepth data) to provide AR-based tattoo previews in real-time.

Face Data & TrueDepth API

If you use features that rely on augmented reality (AR) such as virtual tattoo previews, the app may access Apple's TrueDepth camera system. This system provides real-time information about the position, orientation, and expression of the user's face.

We use this data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To accurately position virtual tattoos or filters on the user's body or face in real-time.
  • To enhance the realism and functionality of the AR features.

Important Notes:

  • This face data is processed on-device in real-time and is never stored, shared, or transmitted off the device.
  • This data is not used for user identification or tracking.
  • We do not share any face-related data with third parties.
  • You can disable camera access at any time via your device settings.

3. Sharing Your Information

  • With service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments).
  • With advertising partners (excluding sensitive/biometric data).
  • With authorities when required by law or to enforce our Terms.
  • During a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Analytics & Tracking

We use Microsoft Clarity and other tools to analyze behavior like mouse movements, scrolling, and session recordings to enhance the platform. This data is anonymized and used only for performance improvement. By using our Services, you consent to this tracking.

We use cookies to maintain sessions, store preferences, and gather usage statistics. You may control cookie preferences via your browser settings.

Generated content is stored for 31 days unless deleted earlier by the user. Data may be retained longer if required for legal reasons.

TatsHub is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us data.
